Description

  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Team Leaders, Product Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications primarily using Effect-TS and Node.js.
  • Apply engineering practices including automated testing, code reviews, pair programming, and ownership of production systems.
  • Automate cloud services and configuration management for scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Contribute to product strategy and decisions based on customer and business needs.
  • Champion technical, product, and process improvements.
  • Work directly with Support and customers to incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Mentor teammates and help shape team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering multiple scalable, high-volume cloud applications.
  • Proficiency in full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript development.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and practical implementation experience.
  • Deep architectural knowledge of web applications, including performance, quality, and security.
  • Solid computer science foundations, including algorithms, computational complexity, and object-oriented programming.
  • Product-oriented mindset with the ability to influence product decisions.
  • Ability and willingness to mentor team members.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.
  • Effect.js, Express.js, AI models, and tools such as Cursor are beneficial.
  • Experience with Atlassian Forge, Jira, or Jira Service Management is preferred.
