Description

  • Lead threat modeling across the bank’s localized AI and ML pipelines, data repositories, and training environments.
  • Conduct AI red teaming and offensive simulations against on-premises AI infrastructure.
  • Simulate adversarial attacks such as data poisoning, model inversion, membership inference, evasion attacks, and prompt injection.
  • Implement and operationalize the MITRE ATLAS framework and map vulnerabilities to AI-specific tactics and techniques.
  • Assess and harden the on-premises infrastructure supporting AI workloads, including GPU clusters, containerized environments, and private data registries.
  • Work with the SOC and data engineering teams to create predictive detection use cases and custom alerts.
  • Identify early warning signs of AI-targeted attacks or data exfiltration attempts.
  • Design preemptive security guardrails before AI models move to production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, or advanced penetration testing.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience securing or attacking AI/ML workloads.
  • Prior experience working within a regulated financial institution in Egypt.
  • Strong understanding of Central Bank of Egypt compliance, security constraints, and audit requirements for on-premises operations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MITRE ATLAS and the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
  • Proven ability to translate AI security frameworks into practical, automated offensive playbooks.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or bash scripting for building custom exploit or testing tools.
  • Deep understanding of on-premises infrastructure, including Linux administration, private networking, and storage area networks.
  • Direct experience with container security technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, plus secure MLOps pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Offensive certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTP, or GPEN are highly valued.
  • Specialized AI/ML security credentials are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI vulnerabilities to technical teams and senior executives.
  • Fluency in English.
