Description

Manage your own time while working to company priorities.
Build new features and improve existing functionality across the company’s platforms.
Refactor and enhance applications to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to support software reliability.
Participate in every phase of the software lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Take part in deep technical discussions and help shape applications and infrastructure.
Work across the full stack, including backend logic and frontend interactions.
Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows to reduce unnecessary work.
Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of PHP development experience, with expertise in at least one framework such as Symfony or Zend preferred.
12+ years of web application development experience.
6+ years of experience with frontend frameworks or libraries such as Vue.js, React, Nuxt, or Next.js.
Deep understanding of scalable web architectures, including monolithic, microservices, and hybrid approaches.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Strong expertise in PHP development, debugging, and algorithm/software design.
Knowledge of agile development tools, techniques, and principles.
Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong grasp of web security concepts, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.
Open to candidates who do not meet 100% of the listed requirements if they are otherwise a strong fit.
