Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for leads by phone or email and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
  • Collect and organize client information to understand needs and assess how the firm can help.
  • Listen empathetically to clients and direct them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
  • Complete legal forms and maintain records of client interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their needs are being met or to provide additional support.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
  • Proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background preferred.
  • Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Permanently resides in Latin America.
  • Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
