Description

  • Architect and implement on-premises and cloud-based software solutions for the Tools platform.
  • Develop, operate, and scale the cloud platform and associated products.
  • Design and build web services for internal and external customers to automate deployment and operations.
  • Collaborate with the product team and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write design documents and technical specifications for projects.
  • Implement features across a diverse technology stack including front-end, microservices, REST/gRPC, databases, and Kubernetes.
  • Perform code reviews and establish and enforce quality standards.
  • Own projects end-to-end and ensure delivery of a high-quality product.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience building and operating cloud platforms and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience developing web services and APIs, including REST and gRPC.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and front-end development.
  • Experience with Redis and relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes (on-premises and cloud).
  • Experience writing design documents, performing code reviews, and enforcing quality standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working directly with product teams and customers.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, flexible work environment.
