Description

  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Develop and improve financial controls, reporting processes, and operational procedures.
  • Support strategic financial planning and performance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and financial insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial and operational risks and recommend appropriate controls.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with external accounting and advisory partners.
  • Support KPI reporting, cash flow forecasting, and business performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and internal governance requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across international teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience operating in a senior finance, controllership, or financial leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Experience improving finance processes, controls, and operational reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Experience working within fast-paced international businesses is preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed global teams is preferred.
  • Exposure to digital, technology, fintech, entertainment, or online platform businesses is beneficial.
