Description

  • Formulate full-funnel paid social strategies aligned to client business objectives such as revenue growth, CPA, LTV, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Own day-to-day campaign setup, activation, optimization, and reporting across paid social platforms.
  • Lead client communications for assigned accounts, including weekly reporting, optimization rationale, and recommended next steps.
  • Partner with Creative leads to turn creative insights into testable hypotheses and iterate on social-first creative assets and sequencing.
  • Design, run, and document experiments and A/B tests to identify and scale winning tactics.
  • Maintain strict QA, tagging, and tracking discipline to protect delivery and measurement accuracy.
  • Build and maintain measurement-accurate setups, including pixel tagging, server-to-server integrations, and first-party signal capture.
  • Use tools such as Events Manager and Pixel Helper to identify tracking gaps and escalate issues to measurement partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Data Strategy, Paid Search, and Programmatic in shared pod workflows.
  • Execute against shared KPIs across channels and workstreams.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house/client environment.
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and at least one additional platform.
  • Strong operational fluency with Meta Ads Manager and other platform UIs.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or GA4, or similar cross-channel analysis tools such as Northbeam, Adobe, or TripleWhale.
  • Solid skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong QA habits and a bias toward documenting processes and results.
  • Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
  • Experience leveraging Smartly preferred.
  • Basic SQL skills and/or experience working with BI tools preferred.
  • Exposure to server-side tracking, enhanced conversions, and incrementality testing preferred.
  • Experience running audience and creative tests at scale, including asset-level diagnostics such as thumbstop rate and hold rate preferred.
