Description

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, Local Service Ads, OTT, Yelp, and email marketing.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budget utilization to ensure efficient spend and goal achievement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and strengthen client market position.
  • Recommend and support landing page optimization to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate performance trends and recommendations to internal teams, C-suite executives, and private equity stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients on paid media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Lead training programs, onboarding initiatives, educational resources, and best-practice documentation for the Paid Media team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account success.
  • Partner with the Director of Paid Media to improve processes, address inefficiencies, and support team scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring paid media teams.
  • 5+ years of paid media experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience presenting paid media performance and business insights to clients, C-suite executives, private equity stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Understanding of LLMs, AI-driven search experiences, automation tools, and AI’s impact on digital marketing and paid media strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using performance data, testing methodologies, and reporting tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges using data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel quarterly for on-site client reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Home services marketing experience with knowledge of lead generation, local market dynamics, and customer acquisition (preferred).
  • Previous leadership experience supporting professional development initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs, onboarding processes, and best-practice documentation (preferred).
