Description

  • Implement technical SEO, content, and AI Search improvements across multiple client websites.
  • Optimize client visibility across Google, Bing, generative engines, assistants, and answer engines.
  • Own client retention and identify profitable growth opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Build client relationships through meetings, email, and ongoing strategic communication.
  • Develop integrated SEO and AI Search strategies with internal team members.
  • Monitor SEO and AI Search trends, algorithm updates, LLM developments, and competitor activity.
  • Create reports and dashboards measuring rankings, traffic, AI visibility, and business impact.
  • Present insights and recommendations to guide clients’ content, technical SEO, and AI Search strategies.
  • Contribute SEO expertise to proposals, solution development, and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with client development, content, and product teams to implement website changes, structured data, and AI-readable formats.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of client SEO experience in an agency environment.
  • At least 1 year of client-facing experience.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, and website architecture.
  • Familiarity with how LLMs, generative engines, and other AI search systems retrieve and surface content.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and emerging AI search tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and performance measurement across traditional and AI-driven search.
  • Understanding of content strategy, entity-based optimization, topical authority, and structured data.
  • Direct website experience; familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or Magento is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an evolving search landscape and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
