Description

  • Manage paid social campaign setup, activation, and daily optimization across major platforms.
  • Develop paid social strategies and full-funnel test recommendations aligned to client goals.
  • Own day-to-day client communication, including performance updates and next-step recommendations.
  • Analyze and report on social media KPIs to guide optimization and strategy.
  • Use AI-enabled and automation tools to work more efficiently where available.
  • Collaborate with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams on integrated media plans.
  • Track trends in social media, AI-enabled advertising tools, and client industries and present findings internally and to clients.
  • Support audits and RFPs to help win new business.
  • Escalate account issues, opportunities, and questions to leadership for coaching and guidance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising, including media planning/buying and/or paid social.
  • Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, Google Slides, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, take direction, and handle new challenges.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled advertising, automation, or reporting tools such as Smartly or Sprinklr is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, or other digital media channels is preferred.
  • Interest in supporting new business pitches, audits, or account growth planning is preferred.
  • This position may be performed remotely in most U.S. states, with some exclusions.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
