Description

  • Design enterprise cloud applications with agentic AI components such as orchestration, memory, tool integration, identity, guardrails, and observability.
  • Lead client workshops, governance discussions, and technical discovery sessions to shape growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority on complex AWS cloud architectures, especially serverless solutions.
  • Establish technical governance, design standards, risk management approaches, and controls for non-functional requirements and technical debt.
  • Design AWS-based agentic AI platforms using patterns for RAG, memory, guardrails, and MCP.
  • Advise clients on emerging Agentic Commerce standards and secure payment models.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Provide hands-on delivery support by proving solutions, reviewing code, and designing API and integration patterns.
  • Champion quality engineering practices through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, automation, and testing.
  • Mentor engineers and architects to raise technical capability across the account and practice.

Requirements

  • Senior or principal architect experience, ideally in a digital agency or consultancy.
  • Deep hands-on experience designing and delivering resilient, high-availability enterprise applications on AWS.
  • Strong experience with AWS serverless architecture and integration components.
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI platforms on AWS, including Bedrock, orchestration, RAG, gateways/MCP, and related concepts.
  • Awareness of emerging Agentic Commerce standards such as ACP, AP2, and A2A.
  • Strong software engineering background, ideally with TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Experience with robust API design, documentation, and versioning.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated tooling, and unit testing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills; AWS Solutions Architect Professional preferred, Associate minimum, and AWS specialty certifications a plus.
