Description

  • Build and maintain high-quality, production-ready iOS features and components.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and adherence to established architectural patterns and coding standards.
  • Participate in Agile squad workstreams, including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.
  • Drive quality through code reviews, unit testing, UI testing, accessibility improvements, and performance optimisation.
  • Deliver features end to end from concept and prototyping through release, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including progress updates and risk escalation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements

  • Strong background in iOS development and Swift.
  • Strong knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit.
  • Experience using Git and GitLab or similar code versioning tools.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
  • Experience with multiple architecture patterns.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming, including Combine and async/await.
  • Working knowledge of Swift Package Manager and CocoaPods.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and UI testing.
  • Experience with Fastlane or other CI solutions (preferred).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (preferred).
  • Experience writing technical documentation (preferred).
  • Knowledge of App Store submission, signing, and provisioning (preferred).
