Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
  • Create testing strategies for both back-end and front-end application components.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing input.
  • Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and verify application behavior.
  • Identify, report, and track defects through resolution with development teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and technical specifications.
  • Research and implement software testing and automation best practices.
  • Assist with performance testing and analyze results to find areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, and Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, especially Playwright.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API testing and tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Experience with database testing and SQL.
  • Prior exposure to AI, FinTech, or Credit/Risk domains is desirable.
