Description

  • Conduct regular check-ins with assigned offices to assess program quality, identify challenges, and surface innovative practices.
  • Provide technical assistance in core service areas including case management, community engagement, housing, employment, and immigrant services.
  • Collaborate with Service Line Directors to follow up on monitoring reports, corrective action plans, and grant outcomes.
  • Support communication between U.S. local offices and national service teams to strengthen program execution.
  • Share trends and insights from local offices to inform national strategy and program development.
  • Support offices in preparing for home office and state-level monitoring, including grants compliance and documentation.
  • Maintain and update the Healthy Office Dashboard with relevant data and metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the Divisional Director on program health and performance.
  • Contribute to office data collection and proposal development.
  • Assist local offices with grant research, funding opportunity identification, and DMEAL rollout and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human services or nonprofit program management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.
  • Experience developing and implementing DMEAL.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
  • Degree in social work, public administration, international relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience working with refugee resettlement programming preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. resettlement programs and federal guidelines such as PRM and ORR preferred.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams preferred.
  • Mature and personal Christian faith.
  • Commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Ability to affirm or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and NAE For the Health of the Nation document.
