Description

  • Generate and close loan opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Prospect actively through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead management in a high-rejection, long-cycle sales environment.
  • Own the sales process from initial contact through funding, including documentation collection and coordination with underwriting and operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with borrowers, brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners to support repeat business.
  • Learn and apply private lending products, lending guidelines, and deal fundamentals such as LTV, ARV, and collateral-based lending.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activity and performance metrics throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically while continuously improving performance through coaching and self-development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Formal education may be substituted with proven sales experience.
  • 1–5+ years of sales experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or other commission-based sales.
  • Prior experience in private lending is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to sell independently and manage a full sales cycle.
  • Comfortable working in performance-based and commission-driven roles.
  • Resilient and patient, with the ability to handle frequent rejection and longer sales timelines.
  • Experience using a CRM, or willingness to adopt one quickly.
  • Skilled in professional email writing, cold calling, and follow-up communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
  • Resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Availability to work 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with possible additional hours based on operational needs.
