Description

  • Own the vision and roadmap for external AI/ML models, advanced analytics features, and data products.
  • Partner directly with strategic customers and design partners to validate ideas and co-develop new features.
  • Work with UX and Data Science to turn complex algorithms into clear data visualizations and compelling product demos.
  • Translate customer business problems into technical specifications, transformation logic, and data requirements for engineers and data scientists.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to launch features and drive adoption, retention, and ARR expansion.
  • Use data analysis to validate assumptions and test product hypotheses before development begins.
  • Align executive clients, sales teams, engineers, and data scientists around product direction and delivery.
  • Explore data assets independently to support product decisions and feature prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
  • Strong business and product acumen with the ability to connect technical features to customer ROI.
  • SQL fluency, including comfort writing joins and aggregations to explore data.
  • Experience with a modern BI platform such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive clients, align sales teams, and discuss data modeling with engineers.
  • Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, and Sigma, or a strong desire to learn the stack.
  • Experience in complex B2B SaaS verticals, especially field services or building services, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for lightweight data analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with the machine learning lifecycle or productionized models is preferred.
  • Background as a data PM, SaaS PM, senior data analyst, or BI developer is a potential fit.
