Description

  • Design and deliver technically sound solutions for the platform.
  • Develop secure APIs and protect sensitive data across mobile and backend systems.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Take technical ownership of the platform and maintain consistency across the team.
  • Conduct high-quality code reviews and support other engineers.
  • Document key technical decisions to support long-term maintainability and shared understanding.
  • Translate product goals into scalable and cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Balance delivery speed, technical debt, system robustness, and operational cost.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams and challenge assumptions constructively.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with Python backend development, including backend services, data processing, and async programming.
  • Experience with FastAPI and Django.
  • Experience with iOS/Android native app development.
  • Flutter/Dart knowledge is required or strongly relevant.
  • Experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Nginx.
  • Experience with databases and data layers such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite.
  • Experience with containers and deployment strategies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Nice-to-have experience with AI integration and deployment, C/C++, MS Azure, Firebase, other cloud systems, and NoSQL databases.
