Description

Provide first-line support to USA and LATAM partners via ticketing systems, email, and calls.
Troubleshoot reported issues, reproduce bugs, and gather evidence for escalation to developers when needed.
Explain system features, workflows, and best practices to partners in a clear and professional manner.
Log all partner interactions accurately in internal systems and maintain service levels aligned with SLAs.
Support the Partner Success team with onboarding new partners and delivering system walkthroughs or training sessions.
Help partners understand configuration options and operational workflows to accelerate adoption and time-to-value.
Identify opportunities for partners to improve workflow efficiency and system utilization.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements.
Assist the QA team with manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Execute structured test cases, validate bug fixes, and document customer-reported issues clearly.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SaaS product support, technical support, or a similar role.
Experience in manual software testing.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to reproduce issues and document bugs clearly and accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering.
High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
Comfortable working independently during afternoon/evening hours.
Native or fluent-level Spanish and English, written and spoken, is preferred.
Familiarity with ticketing or event technology platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred.
Experience using tools such as Linear, Jira, or Zendesk is preferred.
Previous onboarding or product training experience is preferred.
UK-based remote-first working arrangement with primarily 2:00pm–10:00pm UK time coverage, flexible within that window.
Occasional in-person team meetups, at least twice per year.
