Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery from UI and backend development through deployment.
  • Design, build, and harden full-stack AI-enabled features for client projects.
  • Implement Gen-AI capabilities such as RAG, tool-calling, agent workflows, structured prompting, evals, and guardrails.
  • Prototype solutions quickly and then improve them for security, reliability, and cost control.
  • Make technical decisions on patterns, trade-offs, and scope boundaries.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, clients, and senior engineers to unblock delivery.
  • Configure development environments, CI/CD, secrets management, and deployments with light DevOps ownership.
  • Work on real client systems rather than demos, with a focus on production quality.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience building production software across front-end and back-end.
  • Hands-on Gen-AI experience in real products, not just experiments.
  • Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern stacks such as React / Next.js, Node.js (Nest, Express, or similar), SQL databases like Postgres, caches, and vector stores.
  • Ability to design secure, production-grade systems with RBAC, secrets management, auditability, and PII-aware data handling.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Vercel.
  • Understanding of CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
  • Comfort working embedded with a client team.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Prior consulting or agency delivery experience is a plus.
  • English level B2–C1 and availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
