Description

  • Manage multiple Meta ad accounts independently with full ownership.
  • Build, launch, test, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and decide what to scale, improve, or stop.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as cost per lead and cost per booked appointment.
  • Evaluate campaign quality beyond lead volume, including downstream conversion performance.
  • Develop campaign strategy and define creative direction for ads.
  • Write content and creative briefs for video editors.
  • Review ad creatives and determine which ads should go live.
  • Collaborate with the CSM, founder, and creative team to improve results.
  • Support landing page or GoHighLevel funnel performance when needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation.
  • Experience managing campaigns for local service businesses or similar performance-driven service models.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize attention effectively.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, especially cost per lead and cost per appointment.
  • Ability to diagnose account issues quickly and identify what to test first.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with EST hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred.
  • Experience with landing pages or lead generation funnels is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to contractor, home services, or similar local business verticals is preferred.
