Description

  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns as a secondary priority.
  • Create, update, and optimize WordPress landing pages for paid media campaigns.
  • Design and maintain high-converting landing page experiences.
  • Align ad messaging with landing page user experience.
  • Manage campaign performance, testing, and optimization cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on campaign strategy and execution.
  • Track tasks and progress using tools such as Slack and Asana.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication on campaign status and timelines.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Provide input on growth opportunities, new campaigns, and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience working with Google Ads.
  • Strong experience managing WordPress websites and landing pages.
  • Experience designing or contributing to landing page layouts and user flows.
  • Ability to show past campaign examples, including lead-based or product-based campaigns.
  • Experience managing different campaign sizes and ad spend levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured plans.
  • Excellent written communication skills and comfort with async collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Design experience using tools like Figma or Canva (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices (nice to have).
  • Experience in growth marketing or scaling paid media efforts (nice to have).
  • Previous work in fast-paced digital marketing environments (nice to have).
  • English level B2–C1.
  • Availability to work remotely from Colombia, México, Argentina, Perú, Guatemala, Honduras, or the Philippines.

Benefits

  • $1,014–$1,900 per month compensation.
  • Remote work arrangement for LATAM candidates.
  • Flexible work schedule of 40–44 hours per week depending on the country.
  • Preferred core availability of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST with async-friendly work.
  • Light overlap with U.S. morning hours required.
