Description

  • Work directly with customers to deploy, customize, and troubleshoot Firecrawl in production environments.
  • Lead technical implementation for priority accounts from initial integration through optimization.
  • Debug complex issues involving APIs, crawling systems, data pipelines, and infrastructure constraints.
  • Build reusable solutions, templates, and deployment playbooks based on recurring customer needs.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with core engineers to improve reliability, performance, and usability.
  • Define and document best practices for implementing Firecrawl at scale.
  • Own customer issues end to end and drive successful outcomes with minimal process dependency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping production systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, debugging, and infrastructure.
  • Experience troubleshooting real-world integration issues in production environments.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, SRE, DevRel, or infrastructure-focused engineering.
  • Comfort working in high-urgency, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience building pragmatic solutions under time constraints.
