Description

  • Own Workana’s social presence end to end, including owned profiles, content engine, and community.
  • Design and run an influencer and creator program that generates 100–200 pieces of content about Workana each week.
  • Operate and amplify 1–3 personal LinkedIn accounts for founders or leaders in their individual voices.
  • Shape and communicate Workana’s point of view on the future of work, AI, and LatAm talent.
  • Leverage partnerships with brands, events, and communities to expand reach.
  • Create content and creative assets for use across channels.
  • Allocate the brand budget across influencers, creators, events, sponsorships, and partnerships within a monthly cap.
  • Own social strategy, editorial calendar, content formats, and channel mix.
  • Report directly to the CEO and help shape positioning, with downstream execution owned independently.

Requirements

  • Experience living on social and understanding formats, platforms, and what content performs.
  • Proven experience building a content engine or creator/influencer program with measurable reach, growth, or output.
  • Ability to write and shape a point of view, not just schedule or publish content.
  • Comfort working fast with strong taste and independently owning the function.
  • AI-first workflow experience and the ability to produce and orchestrate at high volume using AI.
  • Ability to show how AI is used in drafting, repurposing, editing, briefing creators, and analyzing performance.
  • Alignment with an individual contributor role rather than a strategist who delegates execution.
  • Not a fit for candidates who need a large team, agency support, or a finished playbook to deliver.
  • Not a fit for candidates who want full ownership of positioning, since the CEO has final say.
  • Experience or interest in brand-building for a remote, internationally expanding company (preferred).
