Description

Assist with client communication through email, chat, and phone.
Manage calendars, property showings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and disclosure forms.
Maintain CRM records, update client information, and track leads.
Support listing preparation, including photo coordination, MLS updates, and marketing materials.
Research properties, neighborhoods, and comparable sales as needed.
Assist with lead nurturing and outreach activities.
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other partners.
Create reports, summaries, and updates for sales teams or brokers.

Requirements

2 to 5+ years of experience in real estate support, sales coordination, or related roles.
Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
Familiarity with real estate processes, MLS systems, or CRMs is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting sales teams.
Remote position requiring a stable and reliable internet connection.
Full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone.
Adherence to data privacy, confidentiality standards, and real estate compliance requirements.
