Description

  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems.
  • Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables.
  • Interpret and adapt communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments.
  • Track and follow up on action items to support timely project completion.
  • Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Full-time availability during EST business hours.
