Description

  • Provide airport clients with ATCT assessments and options to design, construct, and improve ATCT services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to identify opportunities and solve client problems.
  • Support new ATCT construction and refurbishment projects with construction management expertise on tall buildings.
  • Lead and support architectural and engineering staff on ATCT design, bidding, and construction.
  • Work with internal staff to develop solutions for airport clients.
  • Support engineering and planning teams on complex projects involving airfield infrastructure.
  • Review project documentation, including architectural, engineering, and work plans, through final deliverables.
  • Stay current on technology and help develop a team that can meet client needs.
  • Execute technical tasks on ATCT projects within budgeted time and cost constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of demonstrated experience working on ATCTs or tall buildings.
  • Experience leading mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, and plumbing design teams for ATCTs or other tall buildings.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit is desirable.
  • Understanding of FAA Orders, standards, safety systems, and certification processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • ATCT or building design/project management experience.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow technical data.
  • Willingness to travel to clients and other Woolpert offices.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to industry changes and internal initiatives.
  • Must already possess work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
