Description

  • Manage a team of account executives, each responsible for a specific geographical territory.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop account executives with regular, hands-on engagement to drive performance improvement.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report sales performance to executive leadership.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified sales and customer success approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive Partner and Cloud Service Provider (CSP) strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sales best practices and apply that knowledge to inform tactics and strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing and leading a team of 4+ Growth or Commercial Account Executives.
  • 4+ years of complex cloud or security sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Experience recruiting and developing top account executives and/or building partner/CSP strategies (preferred).
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
