Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Growth accounts.
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused Solutions Engineers.
  • Partner with regionally-based sales directors and account teams to develop strong working relationships and support deals.
  • Act as a technical leader and hands-on contributor for cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them achieve maximum value from Wiz’s solution.
  • Collaborate with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and team efficiency.
  • Drive team accountability for deal management and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with internal resources across Wiz to support customer engagements and technical sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience in cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Network engineering experience or background.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and security frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity and access management, and certificate and key management.
  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security (preferred).
  • Technical SaaS selling experience (preferred).
  • Awareness of CI/CD processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (preferred).
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based and the role does not offer visa sponsorship.
