Description

  • Serve as Program Manager for strategic GTM initiatives and collaborate with post-sales teams (Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, Support).
  • Translate executive vision into actionable program plans by gathering and defining business requirements, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define clear business requirements, program milestones, and success metrics for cross-functional programs.
  • Design and build solutions, leveraging AI and automation where appropriate, to accelerate GTM team efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive execution of cross-functional projects and programs, coordinating business readiness and technical delivery to achieve on-time delivery.
  • Own projects, programs, and roadmap to address critical tooling and process gaps, prioritizing initiatives that support rapid business growth.
  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and program artifacts for all owned initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to provide analytics, reporting, and updates on program success metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate executive vision and business needs into clear business requirement documents and program plans.
  • Experience managing large, ambiguous projects requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Deep understanding of GTM motions and strong familiarity with the customer post-sales lifecycle (Account Management, Renewals, Customer Success, Support) or operations supporting post-sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a detail-oriented mindset, comfortable building frameworks from scratch that scale.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight) and experience leveraging AI tools to boost productivity is a plus.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship.
