Description

  • Support the development and delivery of regional field marketing plans aligned with North American market priorities.
  • Coordinate localized campaigns, partnerships, and activities that drive brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events, including regional trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and virtual campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and logistics.
  • Work with the sales team to provide marketing assets and collateral that support outreach and prospect engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness and use data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy.
  • Manage the inventory, distribution, and logistics of marketing swag for North America events and campaigns.
  • Ensure field marketing materials align with company messaging and support brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
  • Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or CMS tools.
  • Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle complex campaigns and last-minute logistics.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • Preferred: Experience translating complex cybersecurity solutions into customer-focused narratives.
