Description

  • Build, lead, and mentor a world-class EMEA partner organization, defining regional culture and equipping the team to exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Execute the global partner program within EMEA, tailoring the approach for sub-regions including UKI, DACH, France, Southern Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Take full ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced KPIs and drive initiatives to ensure the channel contributes significantly to New Logo Acquisition and overall company pipeline.
  • Forge and maintain C-level relationships with strategic partners, including Tier-1 GSIs and leading Hyperscalers, to ensure Wiz is their preferred cloud security platform.
  • Act as a strategic partner to EMEA Sales Leadership and coordinate across Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to remove friction and accelerate deal velocity through the channel.
  • Identify and incubate new routes to market, including MSP models and specialized cloud security practices aligned to regional regulatory and sovereignty requirements.
  • Utilize global dashboards as a single source of truth for EMEA performance, conducting structured business reviews and delivering predictable forecasting.
  • Lead and oversee Regional Channel Managers and Alliance Leads, driving growth of GSI, CSP, VAR, and MSP relationships across the region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior channel or sales leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environments.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, partner ecosystems, and regional regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).
  • Proven experience managing large, multi-national teams and developing top-tier talent in a high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive unified, complex business outcomes.
  • Proven success managing partner organizations at a multi-hundred-million-dollar scale through hyper-growth phases.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security strategies to both technical and business audiences.
  • Relentless execution bias with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives that produce tangible business results.
  • Experience working with GSIs, Hyperscalers, CSPs, VARs, and MSPs and managing those relationships at an executive level.
