Description

  • Route internal jobs through the full project lifecycle and maintain workflow ownership.
  • Manage project tools and documentation, including Asana, Google Drive, status documents, and trackers.
  • Keep communication, documentation, and project updates visible to relevant teams.
  • Schedule meetings with clear agendas and objectives; capture notes and consolidate feedback.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and other departments.
  • Identify potential issues early and proactively develop solutions.
  • Plan and oversee projects as they increase in size and complexity.
  • Manage designer and editor schedules and workflows.
  • Support new-business pitches and eventually manage a small client while assisting a senior project manager on larger accounts.
  • Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM, U.S., and distributed teams.
  • Integrate AI into daily project-management and creative-workflow processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Organized, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with willingness to ask questions and receive feedback.
  • Interest in developing creative workflow, team leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excel knowledge and successful completion of a typing test during the interview process.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and submit a resume in English.
