Description

  • Lead complex customer implementation, deployment, and adoption projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and execute mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Coordinate customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Communicate project status, dependencies, changes, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
  • Manage customer expectations, relationships, escalations, scope changes, schedules, costs, and change control.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, standard operating procedures, and client-facing materials.
  • Track ROI and customer success metrics and identify opportunities to improve delivery and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, preferably in a Professional Services organization at a software or SaaS company.
  • Experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and business functions.
  • Strong project management knowledge, including methodologies, tools, financials, budgets, profitability, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects, priorities, resources, and customer escalations, including executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment and establish repeatable project processes.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or broader Energy sector preferred.
  • Experience with contract locators, field-service stakeholders, or enterprise platforms supporting field operations preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
