Description

  • Write and edit high-performing copy for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Refine copy to ensure clarity, persuasion, and alignment with each brand’s voice.
  • Work from structured briefs, timelines, and review cycles.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists and designers to improve campaign performance.
  • Suggest optimizations to strengthen campaign messaging and results.
  • Optimize copy based on conversion rates, CTR, and engagement metrics.
  • Research and use SEO and AI tools to support efficient content production.
  • Contribute to campaigns for multiple clients across different industries and audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a copywriter and/or editor, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong marketing skills and the ability to write copy that drives action and conversions.
  • Enjoy both writing and editing.
  • Ability to work 8 hours per day.
  • At least 5 hours of overlap with the 9 am–5 pm EST workday, Monday through Friday.
  • Experience using SEO and AI tools is preferred.
