Description

  • Create, edit, update, and publish web pages in AEM Sites using reusable components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Maintain accurate page layouts and ensure content renders correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Upload and format text, images, videos, banners, and other multimedia content following editorial and brand guidelines.
  • Manage digital assets in AEM Assets by uploading files, adding metadata and tags, organizing folders, and maintaining asset governance.
  • Support content rollouts across multiple sites, markets, and languages using AEM Multi Site Manager, including live copies, language copies, and localization workflows.
  • Ensure published content follows brand, editorial, tone of voice, terminology, and governance standards.
  • Apply SEO and basic accessibility best practices, including metadata, alt text, page titles, structured URLs, internal linking, and WCAG-aligned practices.
  • Review pages before publishing to validate formatting, links, responsive behavior, content accuracy, and component consistency.
  • Identify, report, and track authoring, publishing, component, or rendering issues using workflow tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and update existing website content, remove outdated material, and support timely publishing operations with content, design, development, QA, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in web content authoring, CMS operations, or digital publishing.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, WordPress, or Contentful.
  • Experience working in Agile or workflow-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM Sites authoring, including page creation, editable templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Experience using AEM Assets (DAM) for asset uploads, metadata tagging, and folder organization.
  • Basic understanding of AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), live copies, language copies, and publishing/replication workflows.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor formatting and content display issues.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, metadata optimization, URL structure, and accessibility basics, including WCAG.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and ticketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, or Tealium is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Arabic or RTL websites is a plus.
