Description

  • Build on an existing content library to schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Engage with followers, comments, and messages on social channels.
  • Repurpose raw educational and adjustment video content for social media distribution.
  • Cross-post content using automation tools across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule patient appointments.
  • Manage follow-ups and increased call volume during busy patient hours.
  • Input clinical notes into the EHR system from handwritten notes.
  • Review clinical notes for accuracy and completeness before provider signature.
  • Create long-form video edits and short-form social media clips.
  • Generate superbills for insurance reimbursement and provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven social media management and scheduling experience.
  • Experience managing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
  • Experience with Jane EHR or a similar EHR system.
  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
  • Video editing and content repurposing experience; Riverside is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, self-directed, reliable, and detail-oriented work style.
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, a noise-canceling headset, a webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
