Description

  • Schedule appointments and send patient reminders.
  • Manage patient records and organize data accurately.
  • Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal staff on patient care and workflow needs.
  • Compile medical research and prepare reports.
  • Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Sort, prioritize, and respond to email and text communications, including newsletters.
  • Provide billing support and general administrative assistance.
  • Support providers and assist with patient care coordination.
  • Track KPIs, scheduling, and documentation accurately.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare or dental administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of medical and dental workflows and systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Planet DDS, Weave, VoIP systems, Slack, Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Skype.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in clear English.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take proactive initiative.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
