Description

  • Manage patient intake and onboarding by sending intake packets, uploading completed documents, and maintaining MRNs and patient records.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain centralized tracking sheets and EMR records in Office Ally.
  • Answer, route, and dispatch incoming patient, referral, and administrative calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Communicate with patients, physicians, pharmacies, referral sources, and healthcare partners regarding requests and inquiries.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits and assist with co-pay collection and related documentation.
  • Upload clinical notes and patient documentation from Cognito Forms into Office Ally EMR.
  • Maintain accurate data across patient records, insurance information, treatment details, and internal systems.
  • Support chart management, medical record maintenance, and overall administrative workflow coordination.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a clinical background and relevant healthcare experience.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care coordination, and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience with patient intake and onboarding, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records management.
  • Experience supporting clinical documentation, charting workflows, and patient-facing healthcare operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage complex workflows with multiple referral sources.
  • Experience with Office Ally EMR, Cognito Forms, and GoDaddy Smartline VOIP is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English clearly.
  • Ability to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed, and have a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps, a noise-canceling headset, webcam, and quiet professional workspace.
