Description

  • Build and maintain landing pages and core site experiences in WordPress and Elementor.
  • Translate wireframes and Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
  • Manage a high-volume page production process for 50-200 new pages per year across multiple industries and offers.
  • Partner with Creative, Copy, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to keep messaging, brand, and landing pages aligned.
  • Own the CRO testing pipeline, including A/B testing copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers.
  • Monitor and improve key site metrics such as CPL, CVR, bounce rate, and form drop-off.
  • Set up, maintain, and QA event tracking, conversion pixels, and UTM consistency using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure clean data flow into CRM systems, data platforms, and dashboards.
  • Iterate on layouts in Figma and maintain a scalable design system and template library.
  • Run QA, monitoring, and weekly reporting on page launches, forms, events, and test results.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience owning web presence or CRO for a high-growth SaaS or services brand.
  • Expert-level experience with WordPress, especially Elementor, and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve business metrics through structured experimentation.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light customization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong visual design sense, including typography, responsive layouts, and modern web standards.
  • Self-sufficient, fast-moving, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with programmatic page generation and SEO-oriented templates is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating on ad creative or video storyboards is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Looker Studio, basic SQL, or Webflow is preferred.
