Description

  • Design, build, and launch landing pages and core site experiences using WordPress and Elementor from Figma/wireframes, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and responsiveness.
  • Manage a high-volume page-production system (50–200 new pages annually) and maintain a scalable template library/design system for rapid deployment.
  • Partner with Creative, Copy, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Ops to align messaging, ads, and data flows and ship web updates cross-functionally.
  • Own the CRO testing pipeline: create and run A/B tests on copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
  • Monitor site performance metrics (CPL, CVR, bounce, form drop-off, page speed/Core Web Vitals) and proactively propose and implement improvements.
  • Set up, maintain, and QA event tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4), ensure pixel/tag firing accuracy and UTM consistency on new pages.
  • Implement and analyze experiments using analytics and heatmapping/CRO tools (GA4, Hotjar, VWO/Convert.com) and report wins and next actions regularly.
  • Perform ongoing QA and monitoring of pages, forms, and events, and handle light HTML/CSS/JavaScript customization and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years owning web presences or CRO for a high-growth SaaS or services brand.
  • Expert-level experience with WordPress (Elementor) and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping/CRO tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve key metrics through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light customization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong visual design sensibility with understanding of modern visual standards, typography, and responsive layouts.
  • Self-sufficient, fast-moving, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with programmatic page generation and SEO-oriented templates.
  • Nice to have: experience collaborating on ad creative or video storyboards.
  • Nice to have: working knowledge of Looker Studio, basic SQL, or Webflow; deeper design skills or other marketing domain knowledge.
