Description

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos, including short-form ads, UGC-style content, tutorials, and social media clips.
  • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design.
  • Create multiple versions of videos optimized for different platforms and formats.
  • Use AI video tools such as VEO3, Runway, Pika, or Descript to generate or enhance UGC-style content.
  • Maintain authentic pacing, tone, and delivery in AI-assisted videos.
  • Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance metrics.
  • Add animated titles, captions, transitions, overlays, and infographics.
  • Build reusable motion templates to speed up production.
  • Write hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short-form content.
  • Research trends and competitor videos, test creative approaches, and optimize content for engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a professional certification in marketing or a business-related course.
  • 2+ years of video editing experience.
  • Proven experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience or willingness to work with AI video generation tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills preferred but not required.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 8GB RAM.
  • Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Experience with direct-response marketing and high-converting ad campaigns is a bonus.
  • Background as a UGC creator or content strategist is a bonus.
  • Advanced skills in 3D animation, VFX, or interactive video formats are a bonus.
  • Experience in fast-paced eCommerce or agency environments is a bonus.
