Description

  • Film on-camera short-form and long-form videos across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, product pages, and paid ads.
  • Produce 3–5 polished videos per week in formats such as product tutorials, explainers, UGC-style testimonial ads, sales enablement content, onboarding videos, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Write clear scripts, hooks, and storyboards that align with business goals and trending content formats.
  • Brainstorm new video concepts and creative angles for products, campaigns, and industry-specific use cases.
  • Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar software.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, overlays, and consistent branding elements to finished videos.
  • Set up and manage basic filming equipment, including lighting, framing, microphone checks, and stable camera use.
  • Create content that demonstrates tools and automations such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, CRMs, and dialers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and sales needs.
  • Participate in occasional on-location shoots with clients or internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice.
  • Fluent spoken English that U.S.-based customers can easily understand.
  • Comfort filming yourself regularly and following scripts.
  • Experience editing short-form or long-form video content.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software tools quickly, including CRMs, Zapier, Make.com, phone systems, and automations.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to consistently meet weekly content output goals.
  • Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, cameras, and advanced camera settings is preferred.
