Description

  • Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, including LCP, FID, and CLS.
  • Optimize site assets such as images, fonts, and scripts to improve loading speed.
  • Reduce render-blocking resources and implement performance enhancements like lazy loading, caching, and CDNs.
  • Optimize JavaScript for SEO using dynamic rendering, server-side rendering, and pre-rendering techniques.
  • Identify and resolve JavaScript-related crawling and indexing issues.
  • Work with developers to implement SEO-friendly technical changes.
  • Implement and maintain structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.
  • Conduct full technical SEO audits using tools such as Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Troubleshoot crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, and other technical site bugs.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams, analyze SEO performance, and report actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, with 10+ years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Core Web Vitals and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM minimum.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
