Description

  • Create social media content, including reels and videos, at least three times per week for a restaurant client.
  • Manage and run the client's social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Engage with customers by responding to comments and messages and coordinating reservations.
  • Set up new social media pages from scratch, including handling the Facebook page approval process.
  • Create boosted posts and paid social campaigns for the client.
  • Support posting for other clients when needed, without engagement responsibilities.
  • Use scheduling and content tools to plan and publish social media posts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expert-level experience with Canva for content creation.
  • Expert-level experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Experience with Cloud Campaign or willingness to be trained on the platform.
  • Awareness of restaurant-related tools such as OpenTable, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work a graveyard shift.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet with at least 25 Mbps cable service and a 10 Mbps backup connection.
