Description

  • Upload, curate, and publish engaging multimedia content across social platforms and manage day-to-day audience interactions and inquiries.
  • Develop and oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and post planning for multiple platforms.
  • Gather audience profile and engagement data, monitor industry trends, competitor promotional activities, and marketing insights to inform content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotional initiatives.
  • Create written content for social media (captions, descriptions, etc.).
  • Moderate conversations, build rapport with the brand audience, and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and potential business partners to form strategic collaborations.
  • Assist the Ad Manager in implementing and supporting social media ad campaigns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and complete ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Located in Mexico (MX) or elsewhere in LATAM and available to work US hours (20–40 hours/week), including graveyard shift availability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web design.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • Compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Technical setup: USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, main and backup computers (≥1.8 GHz processor, ≥4 GB RAM), main wired internet ≥25 Mbps and backup internet ≥10 Mbps.
