Description

  • Shape product roadmaps and write user stories to prioritize features and validate market needs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and other product managers in rapid sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities.
  • Record screencasts and product videos that demonstrate new features and support adoption.
  • Develop product marketing materials, including messaging, demos, and customer-facing content.
  • Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention.
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Shadow customer interactions and synthesize insights to align priorities and dashboards with leadership.
  • Support strategic and operational work directly with the CPO and founding team in a 0→1 environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a startup or consulting environment, especially in product or operations roles.
  • Familiarity with 0→1 product launches and rapid iteration.
  • Proven ability to build playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
  • Hands-on experience with video tools, Canva, SQL analytics, and productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to create or communicate prototypes in a way engineers and designers can understand.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide product decisions.
  • Clear communication skills for stakeholder updates, executive syncs, and client-facing materials.
  • Interest in or experience with UI/UX, AI, or software engineering is preferred.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-autonomy, low-bureaucracy, fast-moving startup setting.
