Description

  • Contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, instant messaging, and other channels to create and maintain a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage prospects to build rapport, assess fit for company products/services, and qualify opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales demos and meetings with qualified leads.
  • Set up, maintain, and manage a CRM or contact list to track leads and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy and hand off opportunities.
  • Set sales goals, track performance, and report sales team results.
  • Create, distribute, and compile customer surveys and summarize results in datasheets or reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and support other sales functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Located in Mexico / LATAM and eligible to work remotely from MX.
  • Bilingual candidate with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) at or above C1 level.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with word-processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office) and online calendars/scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Comfortable setting and tracking sales goals and reporting performance metrics.
  • Required home-office technical setup: USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, main and backup computers (≥1.8 GHz CPU, ≥4GB RAM), main wired internet ≥25 Mbps and backup ≥10 Mbps.
