Description

  • Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for market validation and seamless user experiences.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and other product managers in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities.
  • Record screencasts and product videos to showcase new features and drive adoption.
  • Own product marketing work such as messaging, demos, and materials that communicate product value.
  • Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention.
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
  • Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align priorities and dashboards with C-level stakeholders.
  • Support the founding team with strategic and operational execution in a high-ownership environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a startup or consulting environment, especially in product or operations.
  • Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
  • Proven experience building playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
  • Hands-on capability with video tools and design tools such as Canva.
  • Experience using SQL for analytics and productivity tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to prototype ideas for engineers and design teams to understand.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to turn broad concepts into opinionated, well-researched prototypes.
  • Clear communication skills for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content.
  • Nice to have: interest or experience in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
