Description

  • Define and oversee the full performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage multi-channel paid media operations and ensure alignment with growth KPIs.
  • Plan, launch, and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Lead high-scale campaign tests, design creative/audience experiments, and implement automation for optimization.
  • Forecast budgets, manage pacing and channel allocations, and track return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly, execute optimizations (bids, creatives, pausing ads) and flag anomalies.
  • Integrate performance data with CRM, analytics, and business reporting systems and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to align on creative, audience targeting, and conversion goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members in campaign management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, budget trackers, and stay updated on platform changes and privacy developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing/business-related courses.
  • 2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience and a compelling portfolio of creative work.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), at least B2 level.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and solid organizational/time management skills.
  • Design knowledge (layouts, typography, print and web design) and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, or similar graphic tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads (and occasionally Pinterest/Reddit Ads).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad reporting/dashboards (e.g., Supermetrics) and budget pacing/bid automation tools or scripts.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com and the ability to generate performance reports and track KPIs.
  • Able to work US (graveyard) hours; hardware and connectivity requirements: USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, computer with ≥1.8 GHz processor and ≥4 GB RAM, primary internet ≥25 Mbps and backup ≥10 Mbps.
