Description

  • Build and manage the outbound technology stack, including GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, AI agents, cold-email infrastructure, Clay tables, HeyReach campaigns, and Sendr.AI sequences.
  • Automate handoffs between outbound tools to eliminate manual data entry and copy-paste work.
  • Monitor email inboxes and LinkedIn outreach daily, triage replies, and route positive responses into booked meetings.
  • Track deliverability, reply rates, and show rates by campaign and client.
  • Run A/B tests on prospect lists, messaging, and offers to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues such as domain-health problems, sender bans, and broken automations.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with results, insights, and next steps.
  • Maintain current standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Join client and vendor calls as needed and own follow-through actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound, growth operations, or RevOps, including personally building and running campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience building GoHighLevel workflows and automations, including pipelines, calendars, snapshots, and AI agents.
  • Experience with cold-email infrastructure and deliverability, ideally using Instantly.
  • Experience using Clay or similar tools for prospect-list building, enrichment, verification, personalization, and intent signals.
  • Experience scaling LinkedIn outreach with HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, or similar tools.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify intent signals for outreach lists.
  • Clear, fluent English and comfort leading live calls with US and UK founders.
  • Strong ownership mindset, systems thinking, and comfort working against performance metrics.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet service of at least 25 Mbps, plus a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
